The User List is a view that shows a complete list of the registered users that have been added to the system. This will be disabled if the user currently logged in does not have sufficient privileges (not an administrator).
The User List View is designed to support the ability to manage user accounts. This includes the ability to locate users so they can be modified or deleted. Filtering of the user list is also supported.
By default the User List will be displayed on the left side of the workbench behind the Volunteer List. If it has been closed or is not open then select the menu: Windows -> User List
Now that the User List is visible, it may be used to perform actions on the available users.
The User List View is a sorted list of users showing their login names. The top bar of the window contains a set of buttons (Edit and Delete) and a menu. A context menu (A menu that appears when right clicking on the User List area) is also provided.
The list view allows Editing and Deleting of users. By default, when nothing is selected, the Edit and Delete action (menu, context menu, and toolbar buttons) are disabled (grayed out). Select a user by clicking (single click) on the user's login name. The button actions will now be enabled.

WARNING: After deletion is complete this user and all associated data will be removed. The user will also no longer be able to login. There is no way to undo this action.
