The Agency Editor is similar to the Volunteer Editor except that it enables the user to modify an agency, contact people for the agency, and the hours volunteers have donated to the agency. The editor is opened using the Agency List View (see Agency List View for details on opening the Agency Editor). The Agency Editor will be displayed in the editor area of the workbench.
The tab located on the top window contains the name of the Agency. The bottom of the editor contains a set of tabs that group the information in a logical manner. The tabs are organized as follows:
Agency Information
The agency information tab displays the editor area to allow modification of the agency's information. This includes items like name, address, and contact information.

Contacts
The contacts tab is responsible for allowing the addition and modification of contact people within this agency. A contact is a person who interacts with the agency. Multiple contacts may be added for any given agency.

Hours
The Hours tab is nearly identical to the Hours tab of the Volunteer editor. There are two differences.
First the "add area Agency field" will be labeled Volunteers and display the names of the volunteers. The second difference is that the table's second column displays the label Volunteer.

To get more information on editing hours with this tab, see the Volunteer Editor Hours section.
Modifying Agency Information
With the editor open, modifying agency information is performed by clicking in the text fields within the edit area or selecting the item from the drop-down list. When a modification is made, the title bar tab where the agency name is displayed will show an asterisk to denote changes have been made without saving them.
To save any changes made to the editor, the save command should be used. The save command is accessible from the File -> Save menu item or the Control + S keys. Once a save has been performed, the asterisk will disappear to show the editor is now saved.
This tab allows the addition (
) and deletion (
) of contacts within a list. To modify a contact person within the list, a name must be selected. To select an item in the list, single click on the desired name. The name will then be highlighted to denote it is selected. The right side navigation will display the information to be modified.
Also within the contact tab the ability to change the layout is provided. This means that the list and edit area for a contact person can be placed next to (default) each other, or the list could be on top of the edit area. This is modified by selected the horizontal (
) or vertical (
) icons in the upper right corner.
