Wizard : Create Agency

Agencies are the organizations that volunteers donate their time to.

This may be the Group or it may be external organizations that require volunteer support.

To create a new Agency select one of the following actions:

• Menu bar: Agencies -> Add Agency
• Toolbar:

Selecting one of these commands will open the Create Agency wizard.

To create a new agency, use the following steps:

1. Enter the name of the agency. This value is required.
2. Enter any other desired information in the fields provided.
3. Click 'Next'.
4. On the next page, the first and last name of the primary contact person for this agency must be entered.
5. Enter any other desired information about the contact person.
6. Click 'Finish'
7. The Wizard will close and the new agency will appear in the Agency List view.
